Business Intelligence Manager - Merseyside
The role:
Cathcart Technology are working with a leading manufacturer, who are offering up the opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence professional to progress into a management role and lead two other colleagues in the team. You'll have experience working across the full BI stack and possess not only strong hands-on experience but be comfortable working with stakeholders.
Candidates will have a background in BI/SQL development, excellent communication skills, and ideally management experience - although candidates without direct management experience but who are working in senior roles would still be suitable.
This role is offering a salary going up to £60k, hybrid working options, as well as other benefits.
The Company:
You'll be joining an established consumer goods business, during a time of sustained growth within their IT team working on various complex systems. The company are looking to upgrade their current ERP system and in the last year have brought in Power BI for the reporting function so there's a lot of challenging work for you to manage and get stuck into.
Key experience:
- Commercial experience across the Full BI stack including SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
- Planning, and implementing BI/reporting solutions to meet the needs of the end users
- Experience managing the full data pipeline including ETL and stored procedures
- Stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to delegate and manage responsibilities in a small team
