They are leading pension software company that really epitomise what it means to be Agile. They have a solid portfolio that has been successful for many years with a user reach of millions.

They're always looking at ways to improve and have a huge focus on L&D - even downing tools on the last Friday of every month so you have dedicated time to learn from industry experts along with funded accreditations/certifications.

You will play a key role in one of their Delivery teams. Drawing on your analytical skills and mathematics abilities, you'll create automated calculations in line with pension legislation. Attention to detail is key - the work you do will ensure over 5 million members receive the correct payment.

Working at the core of their offering, you will have the opportunity to learn their in-house programming language. Don't fret - they are happy to support you and teach you new things.

You will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, delivery, and post implementation support.

There is lots of scope to carve out a lifelong career here. You can progress in this team or in time move into the likes of the Data space.

We're looking for a mix of the following:

  • Strong mathematics / analytical skills
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with pension schemes
  • Exceptional Excel skills (able to write complex formulas)
  • Ability to carry out manual calculations
  • Technically aware
  • Willingness to learn

Location

They are HQ'd near Manchester. The team primarily work from home and get together on occasion for meet ups or when it's important for the team - around once a month.

They have an amazing office so if being on site is your preference, you're more than welcome to use it.
