Deployment and Support Engineer required for a software company based in Edinburgh.
A scale up software company who are rapidly growing across the globe, (their main market is the USA), working closely with healthcare professionals to provide solutions to improve outcomes for all patients effectively and sufficiently.
You will be the first Deployment and Support Engineer within the UK, working closely with a small team of Engineers remotely. You will be the main point of contact for customers (ensuring they are fully updated throughout the process), to plan and support the integration of their platforms alongside the integration team. You will be a motivated, passionate Engineer who is eager to learn new tools, bringing your problem-solving and organisational skills to ensure the customers and businesses goals are reached above and beyond.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Strong experience delivering high quality customer support
** Strong communication and customer relationship skills
** Experience and knowledge of Linux or Windows; Scripting, Docker
** Strong experience with Network troubleshooting
Beneficial (not essential) -
** Experience troubleshooting .Net application or Integration scripts
** Knowledge and experience with medical imaging; DICOM, HL7, FHIR
