The Company
They are leading software company that really epitomise what it means to be Agile. They have a solid portfolio that has been successful for many years with a user reach of millions.
They're always looking at ways to improve and have a huge focus on L&D - even downing tools on the last Friday of every month so you have dedicated time to learn from industry experts along with funded accreditations/certifications.
Working in an Agile environment, you will play a key role in their team, collaborating effectively with other consultants and project managers to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
Not ones to stand still, they're looking for someone willing to challenge the status quo.
A bit about the role:
- Deliver and configure software solutions
- Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
- Provide UAT support and help produce test plans
- Create high quality documentation of procedures and processes giving feedback on where improvements can be made
- Conduct training, both internally and externally
- Build strong relationships with the cross functional tech teams and other departments
- Mentor junior members of the team where appropriate
We're looking for a mix of the following:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial experience delivering and configuring software solutions
- An understanding of budgets
- Appreciation for SQL

Location
They are HQ'd near Manchester. The team primarily work from home and get together on occasion for meet ups or when it's important for the team.
They have an amazing office so if being on site is your preference, you're more than welcome to use it.
