A well-established and award-winning IT Support Provider in Sheffield are looking for an IT Help Desk Engineer to join their thriving team. The company are known for their personal approach to providing multilevel support to a range of clients from start-ups to million-pound businesses and everything in between.

Day to day you will be providing 1st, 2nd and even 3rd line support on some occasions, with support and guidance provided. The company operate a ticketing system and ensure no team member ever has more than they can manage, fixes are not timed, quality over quantity is the name of the game here. A try and fail rather than never try at all approach is encouraged, you will have a team around you so if you attempt a fix and it's not a success, the full team are ready to jump in and help. Tech wise they are looking for experience supporting a Microsoft environment where you will troubleshoot issues, manage users in Active Directory and helping users with a variety of requests. If you have commercial experience of Office 365 and Azure in a similar role that would be a huge bonus too!
The company would expect you to come into their Sheffield City Centre office five days a week, there is however flexibility to occasionally work from home. The pay range is between £21,500 and £23,500 + annual performance relates bonuses.
