Globally known Professional Services Organisation in Glasgow city centre are looking for a Process Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis (2 days per week onsite). This role sits within their Process Efficiency team and you'll work alongside teams based in Glasgow, London and Australia.

This role will sit in a growing team, which is currently comprised of a Senior BA, 2 BA's and a Senior Process Analyst, all of whom are Glasgow based. It's an exciting time to join the company as they have recently went through a digital transformation and a lot of their teams are requesting for their processes to be mapped, so their is plenty of work to get stuck into.
You will need to understand how the business operates and they need someone with previous experience in Process Mapping and the MS Office Suite (especially MS Visio). As mentioned, you will be on site a couple of times a week with the whole team so there's plenty opportunity for knowledge share to help you get up to speed.
It's a fast paced environment with a shared mindset for continuous improvement and although a process mapping background is needed to help you hit the ground running, you will also need to be a confident communicator and happy to work with stakeholders of all levels across the business.
The company are based in Glasgow City Centre, walking distance from both Queen Street and Central Station.
