The role
As a Product Owner you'll work within the Product and UX team, helping shape goals, setting direction and always putting yourself in the customers shoes to see things from their point of view.
You'll continuously ask yourself what needs improving, what opportunities do pain points present, how can the team achieve this?
Software, Agile practices, and delivering customer value will be genuine passions of yours. You'll thrive leading by example with an upbeat, open, positive, and honest approach.
Always looking at ways to improve the product, you'll help identify pain points, conduct user testing, write user stories and identify and troubleshoot any product related issues.
Continued learning and progression is ingrained in their daily life - you'll take advantage of the bundles of training on offer, funded accreditations, and learning opportunities whilst having your own career progression roadmap outlined from day one.
We're looking for a mix of the following:
- Commercial experience in a Product focussed role
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Lean)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An adaptable approach and curious mind, continually asking 'why'
- A curious mindset with a hunger to learn and develop new skills

Location
They are HQ'd near Manchester and are set up to work remotely, going on site on occasion for meet ups.
