They are leading software company that really epitomise what it means to be Agile. They have a solid portfolio that has been successful for many years with a user reach of millions.

Not ones to stand still, they are going through a big transformation of their tech estate which will give you the chance to have an influence, work on greenfield projects, and draw on your skills whilst learning new ones.

The team currently draw on Java 17, Spring, Gradle, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS and use CI/CD, TDD in an Agile environment.

HQ'd in the North West, they are incredibly people orientated. So if you want to work on site, from home, or a mix of both - that's fine.

There is a lot of autonomy and no red tape to contend with -bring ideas to the table and you will be listened to, they want you to want to have an impact.

You will put your unique stamp on things working on their core platform. There are some genuinely really cool new projects in the pipeline that you can get involved in - introducing the likes of facial recognition.

Obsessed with seeing people succeed, you will have the support, training, and time to add to your skillset along with your own career progression roadmap. You will have dedicated time every month to upskill and be trained by industry experts.

We're looking for a mix of the following:

- Solid Java experience
- Confidence working in an Agile enviroment~
- Expeirence mentoring/coaching others
- Passion for tech and learning new things
