A well-established software company in Edinburgh City Centre is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their growing team - Modern Tech and hybrid working on offer.
The company have been running very successfully now for almost ten years and their core platform is used at enterprise level for a number of global businesses - they're actually a Microsoft Gold Partner as well.
Over the last year or so, the company have been making a lot of improvements on their products and have now started to on-board a lot more clients as well. With this, they've been growing the team and are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer as part of that.
Their Development function currently sits at about 20 strong with ranging levels of experience - they're ideally looking for an additional Senior Engineer, but they can be flex for the right individual. You'd be joining one of the core product squads which would consist of roughly four Software Engineers, QA / Tester and a Team Lead. You'll be expected to work across the full Stack within this project team, however they do have a preference towards back-end programming skills here with the .Net framework.
Their teams are full of strong communicators as they tend to hire people that are keen on getting involved. You don't have to be the person that is leading every meeting but as long as you're keen on putting your own ideas forward, that's ideal for them.
You'll ideally have commercial experience with the following;
** Modern .Net (C#, ASP.Net MVC and .Net Core)
** Azure
** Databases (MySQL, Entity Framework)
** HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ideally ReactJS or Angular)
The following is highly desirable;
** Project Lead experience
** Microsoft Certifications
The company have a really modern technical environment and actively encourage and support Developers to peruse additional learning opportunities. Gaining Microsoft certifications are the norm here and fully funded by the organisation.
Their office is in Edinburgh City Centre, and they would ideally like someone to come on-site a couple of days per week, but they do have some flex here from time to time.
Salary for this role does range from £45k to £60k depending on experience and ability. Benefits include personal development opportunities, private healthcare, good holiday package and more.
