Service Delivery Analyst required to join a World-Class Tech company, based in Glasgow.
They are one of Scotland's most successful companies, who are truly considered as market leaders within their field. They are fast moving, heavily invested in new technology, and are growing rapidly, so need a motivated Service Delivery Analyst to join their team and support the business along the way.
You will be the first point of contact within a small team providing 1st and 2nd level support across the business on site and remotely. You will work closely with other teams ensuring they have the correct skills, using your knowledge and intuition to ensure any members of staff receive training on systems when required. You will take end to end responsibility of each ticket, escalating when required and keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process. There will be some travel involved to other sites across the UK, so a full UK license is beneficial.
You will have the following skills/experience -
** Strong experience within a similar role
** Experience configuring and support hardware; desktops, laptops, printers etc
** Strong experience supporting Active Directory, O365, Windows 10, Exchange, Intune, Dell/HP
** ITIL accreditation would be an advantage but not essential **
** Excellent customer service skills - written and verbal
