Scrum Master / Agile Coach

They are a household name spanning across 3 sectors - financial services, data, and e-commerce. In other words, the project work is super varied and interesting. They have over 100 years of success behind them with their people and tech being at the heart of everything they do.

They have been committed to working in an Agile environment for a few years now and are now looking to take the next step in their Agile journey. They are building their own coaching capability, within their agile delivery chapter and you will become a part of this - supporting both business and digital technology teams.

You will help orientate and mobilise the standing-up of new agile delivery squads within the wider operational business. An incredible opportunity to really shape a function within a stable and growing company.

As this role is coaching orientated, they are looking for people who have experience establishing and/or nurturing Agile teams. This is the ideal role for someone who has a Scrum Master background, some coaching experience, and is looking to move into an Agile Coach role.

Culture -wise they are laid back with no red tape to contend with. They have a real focus on having a healthy work/life balance and L&D. HQ'd in Manchester you can work from home, on site, a mix of both. They also have really flexible working hours.

We're looking for a mix of the following:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master
  • Coaching knowledge/experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication skills
