An award winning global technology company is looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to bring expertise, perspective, and leadership during a critical transition.
They're hiring a Head of Sales Operations to lead the performance engine behind their fast scaling sales organisation. This highimpact leadership role sits at the core of their commercial strategy where insight meets execution.
You'll work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Segment leaders to shape a high performing sales function. From driving strategy and process optimisation to enabling tools and leading key initiatives (like the Sales AI Strategy and Project Eerie), you'll ensure the structure, insights, and systems are in place for sustainable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Planning

Define sales targets, quotas, and territory plans with leadership.

Lead strategic initiatives and drive scalable growth.

Deliver performance insights that highlight opportunities.

Manage high impact projects end to end, including sales AI efforts.
Sales Process Optimisation

Redesign and optimise the entire sales funnel.

Improve alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Remove bottlenecks, automate processes (e.g., Project Eerie), and enhance efficiency.
Sales Enablement
-
Lead enablement strategy, including training, tools, and playbooks.

Manage and optimise CRM and sales tech stack.

Implement methodologies such as MEDDPICCC to elevate execution.
Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Oversight

Own sales forecasting and ACV visibility.

Partner with Finance on budgeting, pipeline, and receivables.

Ensure compliance, commercial controls, and risk management.
Data, Reporting & Performance

Develop dashboards and tools to track key sales KPIs.

Manage core data sets, P&L processes, and commissions.
You're a strategic and hands on sales operations leader who thrives in fast moving environments. You bring:

Proven leadership of Sales Ops teams and transformation initiatives.

Experience in GTM, pricing, commissions, and organisational design.

Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales reporting.

Analytical strength with comfort in working with large data sets.

C level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Operational rigour and a clear understanding of commercial risk and compliance.
