IT Support Engineer required to join a software company, based in Aberdeen.

The business creates a very specific type of software in the food and drink industry and are the market leader in their field. They are currently a team of 12 across the software function and are looking to add an IT Support Engineer due to the growth of the business.

They have a global reach and have continued to gain recognition with sites across North and South America, Europe, and the Caribbean.

You will provide support for all end user technology for the team, carrying out remote installation, configuration, and upgrading the products within the environment. You will be involved in on prem hardware and deployment implementations for customers, designing cloud infrastructure and managing software and database migrations, ensuring clients are kept up to date during the process.

You will have experience within a similar role with the following skills/experience -

** Experience with IT Services e.g. Active Directory, Bitlocker, Umbrella, Proofpoint

** Knowledge and experience with cloud infrastructure - Azure

** Strong communication skills, written and verbal

** Experience supporting hardware - building, fixing laptops and printers

The salary on offer is £38K, with a strong benefits package including bonus scheme, generous leave allowance, pension, healthcare and more! You will be provided with hands on training to get to grips with their bespoke products, and a hybrid work model with occasional days in the office for meetings.
