A World Leading analytics and insight organisation that use AI to provide solutions for media companies across the globe to increase consumer engagement, are looking for a talented Java Developer to join their Glasgow based team.

The company have been operating successfully now for over 20 years and have developed an award-winning service that increases content discovery and customer engagement using the latest tech and tools. They're looking to onboard another driven Software Developer to help the company continue their evolution.

Their tech team currently sits at around 30 employees in their Glasgow office, collaborating with the company's other talented teams located around the globe. You'll be working alongside their existing Developers, Product Managers and Tech Leads - so there will be plenty of experienced team members to learn from.

In terms of tech, you'll be working with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and JavaScript so any experience with this will be really beneficial. The company work in a cloud hosted environment, using AWS, but don't worry if you haven't had a lot of exposure, as the company will provide training to get you up to scratch (gaining certification is definitely the norm here).

You'll also be working across the full SDLC including deployment and testing so experience with related technologies would also be beneficial, but not required.

They have a great team-culture and they do all they can to provide a relaxed work environment. On top of that they offer an extensive lists of perks and incentives, as well as social events and annual all expenses paid trips. Salary-wise they can offer anywhere from £40k - £60k depending on ability and experience, plus a lsit of impressive benefits. They're based in Glasgow, but you'll be able to work from home twice a week.
