Asiakkaamme kehittää työntekijäkokemuksen parantamiseen SaaS-ratkaisua, joka tarjoaa IT-tuelle syvällisen näkyvyyden yrityksen tietokoneisiin, mahdollistaen ongelmien proaktiivisen ratkaisun. 

 

Yritys: 

  • Vastuullinen rooli: Sinulla on mahdollisuus vaikuttaa suoraan tuotteen kehityksen suuntaan ja ottaa vastuuta omasta tekemisestäsi. 
  • Pieni, tehokas tiimi: Pääset osaksi tiimiä, jossa jokaisen panos on merkityksellinen.  
  • Joustava työympäristö: Rento ilmapiiri, missä ei ole mikromanagerointia. Käytössä on hybridimalli, jossa toimistolla käydään viikoittain, mutta lisäjoustollekin on mahdollisuus, mikäli asut kaukana toimistosta. 
  • Vakaus ja urakehitys: Taloudellisesti vakaa kasvuvaiheessa oleva yritys, mikä tarkoittaa sinulle mahdollisuutta kehittyä ja kasvaa roolissasi. 

 

Mitä tulet tekemään? 

  • Backend-kehitys: Päätehtävänäsi on pilvipalvelun backend-kehitys ja rajapinnat. 
  • Backend-ylläpito: Yritys ei käytä tuotteidensa hostaamiseen big-three alustoja, joten kokemus IaaS-virtuaalikonealustoista ja operatiivisesta palvelinylläpidosta on tärkeää. Tämä käsittää n. 10% työajastasi. 
  • Tietoverkot ja systeemitason kehitys: Ratkaisu käsittää myös asiakaslaitteille asennettavia komponentteja, joten ymmärrys tietoverkoista ja Internetin yli tapahtuvasta asiakas-palvelinliikennöinnistä sekä systeemitason (Windows, optionaalisesti macOS) sovellusten toiminnasta on hyödyksi.

Etsimme itseohjautuvaa kehittäjää, joka kykenee toimimaan tiiviissä yhteistyössä tiimin kanssa. Sinulla on vankka teknologiatausta Windows-puolelta, ja ideaalisti olet osallistunut myös operatiiviseen toimintaan aiemmissa rooleissasi. 

 

Missä työskentelet? 

Yrityksen toimisto sijaitsee Helsingin Arabiassa, mutta käytössä on joustava etätyömalli. Tiimillä on kerran viikossa sovittu toimistopäivä, mutta mikäli asut kaukana konttorilta, lisäjoustosta voidaan keskustella. 

 

Palkkaus 

Roolin palkkahaarukka alkaa 6000 eurosta kuukaudessa ja tarkentuu siitä ylöspäin kokemuksesi ja taitojesi mukaan.
