The role:
The team are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining their infrastructure, whilst working to improve data flow and ultimately benefiting the data-driven decision-making across the business.
** You'll be designing, constructing and maintaining their ETL process using Azure Data Factory to integrate data into their Azure SQL Database.
** Developing and implementing Data Pipelines allowing for smooth data transactions across their systems.
** Managing Databases, working to store it in a structured, organised and secure manner, allowing the team to analyse and report on it.
** Transform Raw Data into a formatted structure in Azure SQL ensuring it's consistent and reliable, for transparent analytical results.
** Query current SQL Database to loop in with stakeholders on request.
** Review and evaluate current data processes, helping suggest improvements when needed. You'll use Power Query to import data from SQL, ensuring clean, processed data can be modelled in PowerBI
** Build relationships with stakeholders across the company understanding their needs, gather requirements and help build the bigger picture by delivering those key solutions.
Your Technical Background:
** Minimum 2 years experience in Data Engineering or a related background
** Azure SQL Database
** Azure Data Factory
** Power Automate
** Power Query
