I'm helping one of my clients in finding a talented and hands-on Software Architect to join their growing team in Finland. The company operate within the MedTech space and are on a mission to expand their expertise locally.
In this role, you will work closely with companies within the industry to customize software solutions that support their vital work. Their enterprise-level software solutions ensures their clients’ work is of the highest quality, properly documented, and compliant with international standards.
Position Overview: They are searching for a hands-on Software Architect. While your role will involve coding, you'll also mentor junior developers and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of their product. The company is currently in the midst of a technological transformation and is eager to adopt modern technologies.
You will join an international team based in Espoo, where English is the primary working language. They also offer flexible hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship to junior developers
- Lead technical decision-making for the product’s direction and hands on development
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Java; familiarity with React is a bonus
- Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Solid understanding and experience of microservices and monolithic architecture
- A hands-on approach and a passion for leading technical projects
