My client is looking for an experienced Graphics Test Engineer to join their project in the telecom industry.
In this project, you'd work for a well-known international company with a R&D office in Tampere. Their products include e.g. ICT networks, various mobile devices and cloud solutions.
You could join the project either as a freelancer, or as a permanent employee of my client company. They're a Finnish tech consultancy that is well-known for their flat culture and relaxed (yet professional!) atmosphere. They aim to offer a great variety of projects in various industries, and regardless of the recent tough market situation they have managed to grow nicely. They have a great relationship with the end-client, and you’d be supported at every step of your career.
This would be a long term project, with a minimum duration of one year, but likelihood to continue for much longer.
Job description & Requirements
As a Graphics Test Engineer, your tasks would include e.g.
- Maintenance and development of graphics rendering test cases
- Unit testing for C++ modules
- Functional testing
- CI maintenance and improvements
- Test reports
Your previous experience should include e.g.
- Test Automation (min. 3 years)
- C++ and Python (good skills)
- Unit test case development (good skills)
- Continuous Integration (good skills)
- Graphics rendering principles (basic skills)
Due to the end client’s policies, this role will be 100% on-site at their office in Tampere. The office is easily reachable by both car and public transport.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is flexible, and the consultancy can offer a few different salary options for you. You can either choose a fixed monthly salary, a salary based on your billings, or an hourly rate (for freelancers). We’ll discuss the different options with you in detail.
