Tuuli has that all-important creative spark that businesses covet. Feeling at home with the written word, a paintbrush or on a stage. The natural world is her muse.

As a Finnish national, Tuuli loves speaking in her mother tongue daily whilst soaking up the beautiful sights of Edinburgh. The mother hen of the group, helping candidates and clients with the recruitment process isn’t the only thing that sparks joy in her role, Tuuli provides a great support network for her colleagues and enjoys lending an ear when times are tough. When she’s not taking care of the recruitment of software developers and UI/UX designers around Finland, you an find her having a quiet night in with her dog, Arlo, reading or watching a film.
